We are a non-profit industry association of companies, governed by a board elected biannually by our members, founded on a common-law constitution.   Operating expenditure of the association is funded from fees and other contributions made by our members.  Our day-to-day operations are managed by a professional secretariat based in Sandton, Johannesburg.
